The 6th ALMA network Meeting and a Joint Activity with the Beneficiaries of Alma Central Call
We are pleased to invite you to the 6th ALMA network Meeting and a Joint Activity with the Beneficiaries of Alma Central Call on-site which will be held on the 23rd-24th April 2024 in Malaga, Spain.
The event will provide you with an opportunity to:
- Have two internal network sessions and update ongoing activities (mobility programmes, work packages and other follow-ups), overview on funding schemes of existing ALMA calls and discuss on different kinds of funding schemes, as well as the content of ALMA network section of the new SI+ platform.
- Have a joint session with the Beneficiaries of ALMA Central Call.
- Have the projects presentation & workshop on the second day.

The event is designed for the members of the Core group of ALMA network, who are currently implementing or planning to implement ALMA measures under their national or regional ESF+ Programmes 2021-2027.
To attend the event and receive the relevant information, we kindly ask you to register using the registration link by Friday 22 March COB at the latest.
In view of the purpose of the event and in order to ensure the sharing of good practices and discussion among the participants, please register one representative per organisation, who was delegated to the Core group of the network, to attend the event.
The confirmed participants will receive a separate confirmation email no later than 10 working days after the registration is closed. Only participants who have received the confirmation letter will have the right to attend the event. Confirmed participants have the right to cancel their participation within 5 working days of receiving the confirmation letter. Confirmed participants who do not attend the event may be asked to pay for their travel and/or accommodation costs.
In the confirmation email you will receive further information about your travel arrangements and accommodation. The contact details of the travel agency will be provided to organise your travel, while the accommodation is pre-booked and will be allocated once the travel is booked. Please note that all services will be provided directly by the European Social Fund Agency, the reimbursement is not applicable (please do not make any reservations yourself).
The European Social Fund Agency will cover the cost of travel on 22-25 April within the budget provided and accommodation up to 2 nights per person between 22-25 April. Please note that transport costs within the city and airport transfers are not included in the travel arrangements provided.
