The European Competence Centre for Social Innovation is pleased to invite to the on-site event ’15th ALMA Network Meeting’, which will take place on 5-6 May 2026 in Rzeszów, Poland. This gathering will bring together members of the ALMA Network for two days of inspiration, collaboration, and shared learning. It will be a valuable opportunity to reconnect with members, exchange ideas, and gain insights from real experiences in the field.

Objectives of the event:

  • Network news and updates from members within the ALMA Network.
  • Updates of the thematic groups of the ALMA Network.
  • Mapping and learning from target group experiences with practical examples.
  • Interactive group sessions on the outreach and mobilisation.
  • On-site practical study visit of Rzeszów’s ALMA project.

This event promises to be an enriching experience—offering a unique blend of knowledge-sharing, collaboration, and networking in an inspiring and welcoming environment. We look forward to welcoming members to Rzeszów and to another meaningful step forward for the ALMA Network.

Mapping the target group – Experiences from designing calls: inspiring examples and interactive group sessions
In this interactive workshop, ALMA Network members will begin mapping the target group by analysing and comparing different ALMA calls across the EU, working towards a shared understanding of vulnerability in the context of ALMA and identifying concrete criteria to define the specific target group more clearly.

Outreach strategies and practices in local contexts – interactive session on inspiring practice and learning from each other’s experiences
In this interactive session, ALMA Network members will discuss and compare their local practices in relation to two closely linked issues: outreach and mobilisation. Building on the morning's mapping of the target group, participants will work in three groups to analyse outreach and mobilisation strategies taking into account different levels of vulnerability and will identify and share inspiring practices as well as ongoing challenges.
